1. Can I apply online?
Yes. You can complete the application form on our website to get started. We will gather additional information over the phone and may request photos of your vehicle and other verification documents during the approval process. You can also get started by calling us at 706-383-1400.
2. Do I have to visit your office to receive funds?
No. Our application and approval process can be completed online and over the phone. Once approved and all required items have been received, funds are typically deposited directly into your bank account.
3. What is a title pawn?
A title pawn is a short-term financial solution that allows you to use the equity in your vehicle to access cash quickly.
4. Do you offer an installment product?
Yes. We offer an installment product with consistent monthly payments for terms up to 18 months.
5. How long does the approval process take?
Once we receive the required information, documents, and vehicle photos, approvals are typically completed the same business day or by the following business day.
6. Will a lien be placed on my title?
Yes. As a secured lender, a lien will be placed on your vehicle title until the balance is paid in full.
7. What if my vehicle already has a lien?
We may be able to pay off your existing loan balance so you can begin making payments with us instead.
8. Do you offer a referral program?
Yes. You may receive up to $100 for each new customer you refer to us.
9. Do I need a bank account?
Yes. Approved funds are deposited directly into your bank account.
10. What types of vehicles can be used as collateral?
We lend on both personal and commercial vehicles, including semi-trucks.
11. How much can I borrow?
Qualified customers may borrow up to $15,000, depending on the vehicle and other approval factors.
12. What documents will I need?
You will need to provide valid government-issued identification, vehicle title or current loan information, proof of income, proof of residence, and active bank account information. Additional documents or verification items may be required depending on your application.
13. How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made online, over the phone, through MoneyGram, or by automatic payments for eligible accounts.
14. Do I need perfect credit?
No. We consider more than just your credit score during the approval process.
15. What states do you service?
We only service Georgia residents at this time.
